A selection of the best studies of the art of puppetry inspired by myths and biblical stories. Created between 1999 and 2000 in The Laboratory of Puppets, Theatre Education Centre, Gdansk. The Creation according to a Fool, A story of a lump of soil, The Song of Songs, The Butterfly or God created all sorts of wild animals are just some of them. Every study is created using a different technique of puppetry. The scene is filled with hand puppets, effigies, dolls, stooges, transformers and dummies. A puppet brought to life tackles the subject of the relationship between love and death with humour, fantasy and sometimes even bravura. (Performance for viewers aged 9 and over).
