DEK.RU quartet was founded in June 2010. They are the followers of Etienne Decroux and Marcel Marceau. The quartet works in the genre of classic pantomime with elements of eccentrics. In two years of existence the DEK.RU quartet issued two performances “Among people” and “Weightlessness of Soul”, more than 25 sketches, in which guys demonstrate visual possibilities of classic pantomime, its manysidedness and elegance, deep philosophy and light vein of humor. Today DEK.RU is the calling card of classic pantomime. In 2011 the quartet became award winners of The First International “Komediada” Festival of clowns and mimes in Odessa, as well as award winners of The Fifth World Festival of Circus Art in Moscow.
