Circus Klomp combines acrobatics with physical humour and ‘the best’ of Dutch folklore. In the show Sweet Kitchen romance it is time for coffee for farmer Driekus and his wife Bertha. Their daily pattern is changed when a game of teasing and challenging grows from hazardous business on stacked chairs to acrobatic romance on the kitchen table.
