“Salto Mortale” by Teatr Strefa Ciszy from Poznań, Poland – dark circus act for six pianos and twelve performers, builds a metaphor based on the story from the II World War about the abandoned instruments in Szczecin.It is a bizarre, apocalyptic funeral procession of grand pianos conducted by circus artists. After its majestic arrival it slowly transforms into a race of of chariots ridden by demon.
