In the last week of June, main and smaller squares, alleys and streets of the historic town centre of Montegranaro, a lively village in Marche well-known for shoe handcraft, become, as if by magic, and to the delight of everyone, a great, magic stage on which actors, comedians , musicians and jugglers take turns at artistic, fabulous, and sometimes singular performances. Veregra Street is a kaleidoscope of colours, sounds, visions and tastes, a place where it’s pleasant getting lost and then finding one’s way. Various, prestigious groups from all over the world have taken part in the Festival over the years, so as to represent the rich, variegated artistic universe.
