Umami is a japanese word that means "tasty" and is one of the five basic flavours with sweet, acid, bitter and salty. With this inspiration Gustavo Hoyos (Spain) and Jerome Leperlier (France) created the company back in 2013 giving it a strong comedian touch, using like scenic languages Bboying (Breakdance), physical comedy, pantomime and theatre, looking for wake up the audience of the cities making them feel inside the show and transforming the streets into improvised stages.
