PIA Projectos de Intervenção Artística was founded in May of 2002, in Pinhal Novo Village (Portugal), as a professional platform directed for the Street Performing Arts. With a Multidisciplinary character, the creations of this company has benn presented in several places trough Europa, Asia and South America, addressing for the Public Spaces as "natural stage" envolving Physical Theater; New Circus; Animated Forms and Artistic Installations. Of this international path stands out the participation in Festival Iberoamericano de Bogotá (Colombia), Kotor International Theater Festival for Children (Montenegro), FETA International Street and Open-Air Theater Festival (Poland) and Festspillene i Bergen (Norway)
