La Banda del Surdo is a Catalan company of street music performances. An amazing band of percussionists with a repertoire of rhythms from all over the world (Latin, Flamenco, Afro, Mediterranean, Oriental, Hip-Hop,…) accompanied by dancers on stilts. Dancing drummers and strutting stilt dancers take over the street in a powerful close contact street show charged up with energy and colour. Music permeates from body to body, rhythms from all around the world, passion, movement, good times… and loads and loads of heat!
