Karabola Puppet Theatre was established in 1996 in the island of Rhodes, with various plays and workshops of making puppets in the National Theater of the city, in villages of Rhodes and several islands of Dodecanese until October of 2004. For the last 10 years is based in Athens and runs plays in theatrical scenes,festivals, museums, schools, hospitals and institutions for children with special needs.Our technique: desktop puppets direct manipulation and mappets. During the performance our music is live (percusion,guitar) with poliphonic traditional songs.
