Klinika Lalek was founded in 1988 by freshman of the Academy of the Dramatic Arts in the city of Wrocław. It is a wandering theatre,staging performances, parades and various actions on streets and squares all across Europe and worldwide. In 1991 the group moved to Wolimierz, a small village in Izera Mountain area. The Artists called this place- the International Ecological Art Village Wolimierz, and added to the name of the theatre adjectives: Village Wandering Klinika Lalek Theatre. Wolimierz become a home for a three-meter-tall puppets, masks, the Dragon, the Bicycle (the biggest in the world!) and for the group of course. Klinika Lalek works are directed by Wiktor Wiktorczyk.
