The CompaGnie TAU was created in 2002 by Emilia Tau, performer and juggler and Bertrand Depoortére, photographer and visual artist. The research uses circus techniques, contemporary dance mixed to pictures projections, to reveal their identity and the one of our time, human being and his social and visual environment. The pieces of the company are played in festivals, galas and theatres in the world; Emilia and Bertrand directed circus acts and transmit juggling, antipodism and body expression, photography and images creation. They developed cultural projects and participate in social projects like "Clown sans frontieres" in Uruguay, Casa de Clowni in Romania, the circus school Assirk Assaghir in Palestine
