British Events Theatre Company was founded by Michael Banks and Corinne D'Cruz in 1978 in Bath, UK. In 1988 the company relocated to Germany, from where it toured all over Europe, and occasionally further afield, with its unique productions combining humour, visual comedy, unusual gadgets and spectacular pyrotechnic effects. Since the end of 2012 the company has once again been based in the UK, in Dover.
