Sebastian Burrasca is a character created by Fabio Lucignano in 2010, born and raised as a street performer in the most beautiful squares of Italy. Over the last 4 years, he has also performed at several street artists festivals such asSenigart, Modena Buskers Festival, Super Clown Festival, SMIAF, Santa Sofia Busker Festival, Faenza BuskerS and in various events such as streetfood festivals, without ceasing to bring laughter as a hat-maker all over Italy.
