Since its birth (1994), the CTA Gorizia - Animation and Figures Theatre Center- pursues the objective of promoting the puppet theatre, through the organization of festivals, exhibitions, special projects, training projects for schools, productions of shows for both children and adults. Among its most significant initiatives: the theatrical season for children and families "Winter Afternoons", the "Alpe Adria Puppet Festival" and "Marionette and Puppets in the Natisone Valleys", the special projects "Beckett & Puppet" and "Puppet & Music".
